Pinal Health Legacy Fund
Everything in this demo is synthetic: the funder, the policy, the deal, the evidence, and the reviewer are invented. No real organization or document is represented.
Policy
Health legacy impact investment policy, version 4. Saving a change makes a new version; earlier versions are kept.
Open policyDeal
Riverbend Housing Note. A $750,000, 5-year, 3% senior secured note to a fictional community land trust to acquire and rehabilitate 42 rental homes in Pima County, Arizona.
Result under this policy now: does not fit One required criterion is not met: Themes.
Draft
One draft memo, written from evidence version 1. seeded Quotes located in evidence: 12 of 13. Whether a quote supports its claim is the reviewer's judgment. Open the draft.
Sponsor intake
No information request has been sent to the sponsor from this workspace. A sponsor's answers become evidence only when the funder adds them to the evidence record, as a new version labeled a sponsor statement, not verified. Open intake.
What is tied to what
- A draft memo is written from one evidence version. Switch the evidence and that draft no longer applies; the new version needs its own draft.
- An attestation ties together one policy version, one evidence version and one draft. Save a new policy version or switch the evidence, and the attestation is marked stale. It stays on the record, unchanged.
- A decision is recorded on one attestation. When that attestation goes stale, so does the decision, and a new decision needs a new attestation.
Demo data
Deliberate destruction of demo history, never a rollback: deletes every workspace's policy versions beyond the seed, every attestation and decision, every information request and response, and every evidence version made from them, then re-inserts the fixtures exactly as `pnpm seed` does (two workspaces, evidence versions E1 and E2 with their drafts, one pending information request). No model call.
